3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery under “contact us” section on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
3.2 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery under “contact us” section on our website. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for both ways in the process of exchanging your item.
Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately under “contact us” section on our website with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
