All orders are processed within two to seven business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 We currently only deliver to UK mainland. Please contact us to discuss international shipping if required.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as customs delays, postal strikes, or adverse weather conditions may cause delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any other external circumstances.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Intuitive design UK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Intuitive Design UK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will try our best to assist you.
