We accept returns of unused & undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at “contact us” section on the website. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Some items, including custom-made, made-to-order, personalised items, and personal items (due to hygiene reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged.
